Intro
The first thing I do in my leadership coachings and workshops is to listen carefully and try to understand the clients’ reality about leadership.
My question is:
What do you lead?
In my own reality, our obligation to lead is directed towards three main areas:

Amazing, how often “trust” was mentioned. I think that if trust wouldn’t be an issue in organizations, it would not have shown up that often here in this list. Some food for thought.
